Nb(SxSe1-x)2 is a superconductor. We have many different types of NbSSe alloys available containing a different ratio S/Se: from an alloy with a low amount of sulfur (close to 2H-NbSe2) up to high amount of sulfur (close to 2H-NbS2). The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. The alloy belongs to the group transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs).
